Built to exacting specifications, the MasterBulit lenses maintain superior center sharpness, while gradually building softness and glowing beauty throughout the frame. Each lens maintains a super-fast T1.4 aperture throughout the entire focal range, making it effortless to shoot in professional settings where swapping lenses and shooting matching coverage becomes crucial. The maximum T-stop facilitates shallow depth of field and smooth focus fall-off giving subject’s singularity in the frame.

  • Voigtlander Zoomar 36-82mm

    This Voigtlander Zoomar 36-82mm zoom lens has been rehoused by Ancient Optics. The images it captures are impressive, even by today’s standards. Complete control of chromatic aberrations displays the genius of Dr. Back’s work. The warm flares are pronounced yet pleasant in a way only vintage glass can render. Focus is sharp in the center with a medium amount of fall off in the corners. Bokeh is pleasant and smooth. Barrel distortion on the wide end and pin cushion distortion on the long end are balanced well.

  • Konica Primes Lens Set

    Exactly 150 years after Konica started the Japanese photographic industry, the Hexanons get their first ride on a cinema camera thanks to Ancient Optics. Now in a sexy anodized aluminum housing, with 110mm diameter fronts in PL mount. This glass covers full frame sensors like Arri Alexa LF open gate.

    Set includes 21mm T2.9, 28mm T1.9, 35mm T2.1, 40mm T1.9, 50mm T1.6, 57mm T1.3, 85mm T1.9, and 135mm T2.5.

  • Lomo OKC Primes

    Vintage Russian LOMO OKC spherical cinema lenses in PL Mount. The Lomo OKC Prime Lens set is a renowned series of lenses manufactured by the Russian optical company LOMO PLC. Since the 1980’s these lenses have gained a cult following among photographers and filmmakers for their distinctive and unique characteristics. These lenses have not been re-housed and focus markings cannot be trusted.

    Set includes 22mm f/3.1, 28mm f/2.5, 50mm f/2.0, 75mm f/2.0, 100mm f/2.0, and 150mm f/2.8.

  • Canon K35 Primes

    Canon K35 primes were awarded a Technical Oscar in 1977 and have been shooting studio features ever since. Originally designed to compete with Zeiss’ S35-format Super Speeds, recently they’ve become wildly popular because of their ability to cover full-frame sensors in addition to their creamy vintage look. They were developed from Canon’s legendary FD still photo lenses; an important detail when looking for additional focal lengths to match the set. Please note that this is a matched set of vintage lenses and there is no replacement glass available. Special insurance details are required to rent these lenses.

    Focal lengths are 18mm T1.5, 24mm T1.6, 35mm T1.4, 55mm, T1.3, and 85mm T1.3.
    Canon FD primes are available to augment this set and include 20mm T2.9, 28mm T2.1, 100mm T2.1, and 135mm T2.1.

  • Canon V35 Primes

    Our Canon V35 primes set began as Canon CN-E lenses. Taking these lenses, and using the legendary K35’s as inspiration, they now create a look that approximates these vintage optics, while retaining some of their own aesthetic. Think of them as K35 Mark II. Just enough of the old traits with something a little new and fresh for digital formats. This means more interesting flares, less contrast, less saturation while retaining those incredible Canon skin tones. Their original housing is retained and add unique signature engravings set them apart from the crowd.

    Set includes 14mm T3.1, 20mmT1.5, 24mm T1.5, 35mm T1.5, 50mm T1.3, 85mm T1.3, and 135mm T2.2.

  • Canon FD Primes

    These legendary Canon FD still photo lenses have been rehoused by GL Optics in a modern high performing housing. This is the glass that inspired the Canon K35 lenses and display many similar characteristics shared from their 1970’s nature.

    Set includes 14mm T2.1, 24mm T1.5, 28mm T2.1, 35mm T2.1, 55mm T1.3, 85mm T1.3, 135mm T2.1.

  • Canon CN-E Cinema Primes

    Canon’s brilliant Cinema Prime lenses offer spectacular optical performance for demanding high-end productions. Featuring a compact and consistent lens design, these lenses offer consistent form factors and markings optimized for motion picture production. Sharing the same gear position, diameter and rotation angle, and front diameter-the lenses’ compatibility with third-party accessories allows crews to easily change lenses without making adjustments to the rig setup.

    Set includes 14mm T3.1, 24mm T1.5, 35mm T1.5, 50mm T1.3, 85mm T1.3, 135mm T2.2.

  • Leica R Primes

    Classic Leica R prime lens glass re-housed in a unique 110mm diameter housing by GL Optics. They have a stainless steel PL mount and a newly designed focus and iris system. All lenses have 330 degrees focus rotation.
    The set includes 19mm T2.9, 28mm T2.9, 35mm T1.5, 50mm T1.5, 80mm T1.5, and 135mm T2.9.
  • Leitz Hugo Primes

    The Leitz HUGO lenses are designed to be small, fast, lightweight, and as close focusing as possible with the full personality of the Leica M lens glass creating character at capture. This set includes the unsurpassed Noctilux version of the 50mm.

    Includes 21mm, 24mm, 28mm, 35mm, 50mm T1.0, 75mm, and 90mm, all T1.5 except the Noctilux.

  • Richard Gale Clavius Primes

    If you enjoy DSO’s Trump primes, you’ll love these new Clavius primes. With all internal focus adjustments, the Clavius primes will cover Full Frame/VV sensors with an ultra flarey, low-contrast aesthetic, and their unique aperture disk inserts now offer even more options, including the loved anamorphic bokeh and new color fx.

  • Tribe7 Blackwing7 Prime Lens Set

    Blackwing7 lenses from Tribe7 represent an entirely new range of tuned optics for large format cameras. Blackwing7 optics exhibit unique imaging properties which arise from the introduction of controlled distortion during the development and manufacturing processes. Our set of Blackwing 7 Primes are all tuned T – Transient. These lenses, the middle tuning of the three options, have a profile which further softens the roll-off to the edge of the frame and provides increased edge detail halation. T lenses are designed to capture a slightly softer, artistic image, with a higher degree of light reactivity and flaring characteristics are harder and more prominent.

    Our Tribe7 Blacking7 prime lens set consists of six lenses from 27mm to 107mm. The 20.7mm and 137mm are available separately.

  • Zeiss CP.2 Primes 7-Lens Set

    ZEISS Compact Primes in the CP.2 family deliver a wide range of focal lengths, full-frame coverage, high-quality images, great flare suppression, and precise focusing through the large rotation angle.

    Focal lengths included in this set are 18mm T3.6, 21mm T2.9, 25mm, 28mm, 35mm, 50mm, and 85mm all T2.1. The Zeiss CP.2 50mm Makro, 100mm, and 135mm lenses are available separately.

  • Zeiss Ultra Primes

    The Ultra Prime lenses are lightweight standard speed lenses that are a perfect optical match to the high speed ARRI / ZEISS Master Prime lenses. They have been developed in a cooperation with ARRI and ZEISS.

    Set includes 16mm, 24mm, 32mm, 50mm, 85mm, and 100mm all T1.9.

  • Zeiss Supreme Primes

    Consistency is one of the key elements offered by the ZEISS Supreme Prime lenses: that means consistent coverage, color rendering, aperture, size, weight and ergonomics. All the lenses across the family cover full frame and even bigger sensors with an image circle of 46.3 mm. The Supreme Prime lenses are color matched across the full range and most feature a fast T-stop of T1.5.

    Available focal lengths include 21mm, 25mm, 35mm, 40mm, 50mm, 65mm, 85mm, 100mm, and 135mm all T1.5.

     

  • ARRI Zeiss Master Primes

    The ARRI Zeiss Master Prime Lenses are both fast and have an optical performance surpassing that of all standard speed primes. There are new creative opportunities with these lenses, making shots possible that would have been considered impossible before. The Master Primes have been co-developed by ARRI and ZEISS, are manufactured by ZEISS.

    Available focal lengths: 16mm, 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, and 135mm all T1.3.

  • Cooke S4/i Prime Lens Set

    Cooke S4 optics offer superb optical and mechanical performance, control of flare, distortion, veiling glare and spherical aberrations at full aperture. The cam-type focus mechanism allows for smooth focus adjustments in these cinema prime lenses. The /i Technology provides cinematographers and camera operators with vital information on lens setting, focusing distance, aperture and depth-of-field, hyperfocal distance, serial number, owner data, lens type and focal length in both metric and footage measurements.

    Our Cooke S4/i prime lens set includes the 18, 25, 32, 50, 75, and 100mm lenses all T2.0. The 14mm and 135mm are available separately.

  • Cooke Speed Panchro

    The Cooke Speed Panchro quickly became the lens of choice for Hollywood from the 1920s right through to the 1960s being used on every major motion picture from the very first Academy Award winner, Wings (1927) to Casablanca (Best Picture winner 1942) and The Sound of Music (Best Picture winner 1965).

  • IronGlass MK II Primes

    The IronGlass MK II primes is a six lens set crafted from 50+ year old Soviet-era Russian glass. They come completely rehoused for modern professional use.  IronGlass provided these lenses for use in production of Dune Part Two.

  • Cooke Anamorphic/i 35-140mm SF

    The Cooke 35-140mm Anamorphic/i SF T3.1 Zoom Lens is a 2x anamorphic squeeze zoom. This Special Flare (SF) zoom lens offers even more flares, enhanced bokeh, and other aberrations while complementing standard Anamorphic/i lenses. The wide to telephoto 35-140mm 4x zoom lens has an 11-blade iris, 2:1 oval bokeh, and covers image formats up to Super35.
