Kino Flo Kamio Ring Light:
KinoFlo Kamio Ring Light provide a glamour lighting solution for close-ups in film and video photography. Kino Flo’s Kamio System is a soft, fluorescent ringlight. It comes with an on-camera ballast and 3′ harness (4 pin XLR), which makes it truly portable. Add a reflector, lens mount and choose between daylight (5500°K) or tungsten (3200°K) balanced fluorescent tubes. The soft, cool Kamio light falls gracefully on the subject’s face because it mounts on the lens, unlike conventional on-camera quartz lights that produce heat and shadows. KinoFlo Kamio Ring Light also display daylight and tungsten quality light without filtration. The Kamio offers flicker-free, constant lighting right around the lens, and is dimmable from 15% to full power. This kit includes a travel case for protection during transport or storage. Most users opt for mounting the ring head directly in front of the lens, with adapter rings to serve different camera lenses. It is possible to mount the head to a light stand, with the included baby pin adapter. For use with 15mm Rods, or it is also possible to mount the head to a light stand, with the included baby pin adapter. Accepts Kino-Flo’s True-Match ring lamps, as well as 4×5.65″ filters, both of which are available separately.
