Canon CineServo 17-120mm

The Canon CineServo 17-120mm T2.95-3.9 zoom lens is a compact, lightweight design (only 6.4 lbs.) using Canon optical elements, while offering outstanding performance and reliability in professional shooting environments. The lens is designed for use on cinema cameras with sensors up to Super 35mm, and is suitable for 4K acquisition. With a detachable drive mechanism and support for rod attachment, it is designed to be equally at home whether being used by a solo camera operator or a full production team. An 11-blade aperture diaphragm helps ensure an artistic and beautiful bokeh.

The Canon CineServo 17-120mm lens also features a high 7x zoom magnification, wide focal length range of 17mm to 120mm, and a 180º smooth rotating focus ring. Canon has developed this zoom lens with full external servo control for drama, documentary and other broadcast productions. Each ring marking is printed on both sides of a lens allowing focus-pullers or camera assistants to operate the lens from various positions. Additionally, the markings on one side of the lens have a luminous coating so that they can be read even in the dark.
