Successor model to industry reference Optimo 24-290 & 28-340, the Optimo Ultra 12x is the ideal long-range zoom for high-end productions. It is able to allow you to control focal length and focus distance by creating a good balance between the contrast and resolution. The open aperture, considered as ‘variable primes’, results in high-quality images. You will notice the ergonomic focus ring with 321° scale rotation, and over 70 focus marks. Additionally, you can configure the lens with the included U35 lens. Well controlled optical performances at each focal length and focus distance by having a good balance between contrast and resolution create a very appealing cinematic look. Low distortion, no ramping, minimal breathing, very fast for 12x zoom ratios. Each lens is constructed with front and rear caps, focus, zoom, and iris rings, a fixed marker, and a fixed marker cover.
