Lomo OKC Prime Lens:

The LOMO OKC Primes lenses are cherished for their exceptional image rendering, producing images with a distinct vintage and nostalgic appeal. Their optical design, influenced by the Soviet-era engineering, gives rise to dreamy, soft-focus, and sometimes even slightly blurry visuals, which has made them particularly popular for artistic and creative endeavors. One of the defining features of the LOMO lenses is the coveted bokeh they produce. The out-of-focus areas in the background of an image are rendered with a characteristic swirl or bubble effect, adding an enchanting and ethereal quality to the overall composition. Due to the many iris blades to keep the bokeh round and smooth even while being stopped down, this makes them a top choice for film makers seeking to capture captivating and emotive shots. These Lomo Prime rehoused cinema lenses, which were designed in the 70’s, are widely regarded as one of the nicest offerings from LOMO. These have been optimized for S35 sensors, with a wide range of coverage, and have low lens breathing, which provides a beautiful consistent image.
