Canon K35 Primes
Canon K35 primes were awarded a Technical Oscar in 1977 and have been shooting studio features ever since. Originally designed to compete with Zeiss’ S35-format Super Speeds, recently they’ve become wildly popular because of their ability to cover full-frame sensors in addition to their creamy vintage look. They were developed from Canon’s legendary FD still photo lenses; an important detail when looking for additional focal lengths to match the set. Please note that this is a matched set of vintage lenses and there is no replacement glass available. Special insurance details are required to rent these lenses.
Focal lengths are 18mm T1.5, 24mm T1.6, 35mm T1.4, 55mm, T1.3, and 85mm T1.3.
Canon FD primes are available to augment this set and include 20mm T2.9, 28mm T2.1, 100mm T2.1, and 135mm T2.1.Canon V35 Primes
Our Canon V35 primes set began as Canon CN-E lenses. Taking these lenses, and using the legendary K35’s as inspiration, they now create a look that approximates these vintage optics, while retaining some of their own aesthetic. Think of them as K35 Mark II. Just enough of the old traits with something a little new and fresh for digital formats. This means more interesting flares, less contrast, less saturation while retaining those incredible Canon skin tones. Their original housing is retained and add unique signature engravings set them apart from the crowd.
Set includes 14mm T3.1, 20mmT1.5, 24mm T1.5, 35mm T1.5, 50mm T1.3, 85mm T1.3, and 135mm T2.2.

Canon FD 50-300mm
In 1982 Canon released its last lens off the FD production line, and they did not disappoint. The Canon FD 50-300mm f/4.5 L used 2 special UD low dispersion/low diffraction elements to control chromatic abberations in their 16 element, 13 group design. This zoom lens, rehoused by Ancient Optics, pairs perfectly with the Canon FD or K35 primes.
